In 2020, the world is in an uproar with the emergence of a corona virus that has the power of evil. Where this virus can kill with a relatively short time, and spread throughout the world causing panic.

Since the emergence of this virus various actions have been taken so that the spread is not widespread, but nature says otherwise. Even many people who do not care about it to ignore the call to be careful. But still, it is difficult to stop the rendering.

The virus originating from Wuhan, China began to spread to mainland Europe. Spain and Italy are countries that have large corona cases. Until now the corona virus has arrived in Indonesia and is causing anxiety.

Concern and anxiety cannot be avoided because this very deadly virus spreads quickly. But excessive anxiety can have adverse effects, such as disruption of daily activities, decreased performance, can even worsen a person’s personal relationships.

Research from Stanford University, United States reveals that there is a link between mindset and one’s health. According to scientists, people who think negatively about their physical condition tend to consider themselves unfit.

The US Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) states, stress during a pandemic can be fear and worry about one’s own and loved one’s health conditions, changes in sleep and eating patterns, difficulty concentrating or sleeping difficulty, worsening chronic illness situations.

Actually there are ways that we can do to avoid stress due to news about the corona virus. Here are tips to avoid stress during a pandemic.

1. Stop Looking For News About Pandemic

We all already understand this virus, and we also already know how to avoid the corona virus. Seeing the number of people infected with the corona virus will not make you more calm, it can even cause you more panic and stress.

It is enough to implement the appeals from the government and experts that God willing, if we carry out these efforts we will be spared. They are more aware of this pandemic, and this is a way to reduce the spread of the corona virus.

2. Do Not Easily Share Information With Unknown Truth

In this advanced age all things are easily obtained. No exception to information, a lot of information is not necessarily true or hoaxes can spread within seconds. We tend to get used Men- share information that was not known were correct.

Stop spreading information that is not true, of course, it can’t improve the situation, on the contrary it can make things worse. When we are filled with excessive mental anxiety we will fall and weaken the immune system in the body.

We know that what can prevent this corona virus is the immune system or a good immune system. If the immune system is good God willing we will avoid this pandemic.

3. Listen For More Positive Things

Listening to music is proven to improve the condition of one’s mind. For most people tend to choose to listen to music to improve the condition of the mind. So this is highly recommended for you to avoid depression.

Or for those who are Muslim, we can listen to lectures that have been widely spread on YouTube and other social media. This can be an antidote for our hearts that are barren and worried about a pandemic.

By hearing something good we will be more calm in living life and living. Therefore, let us draw closer to Allah. And pray that the current pandemic will pass.

4. Always Think Positive

Hopefully this pandemic will quickly pass. We must always pray and try to always think positive. Yes, by thinking positive our mental will be strong and the immune system will increase.

By positive thinking is not just just to look strong. But research proves what we think, what we say continuously then the body will respond and confirm it and what we think becomes reality.

If we always think that we will not be affected by the virus and this pandemic will soon pass, it is not impossible that it could become a reality. And if everyone applies always think positive will have a good impact for the whole world.
